output as a callback for the estimated bandwidth available at the time to the application layer
Proposed solution
Currently, the estimated bandwidth is not exposed out at the application level. This makes it difficult for real-time applications to generate bits to send based the network bandwidth available. Such application could include for example remote desktop application, real-time messaging application, etc. By exposing the bandwidth out the app can produce streaming bytes achieving minimal delays
