[Mobile] Objective-C API for register onnxruntime-extensions as a custom ops library

Hi,

The onnxruntime-extensions library is available in CocoaPods. However, the registerCustomOpLibrary() is not available in Objective-C APIs.

Could we add the support for that function so that we could register onnxruntime-extensions or any other library to be used in ONNX Runtime?

@skottmckay Thanks for the response. We currently have our pipeline entirely written in Swift. Does it mean that we need to rewrite it in Objective-C++ to be able to use onnxruntime-extensions?
Additionally, I see that there are many missing features in the ONNX Runtime Objective-C APIs, do we already have a plan to extend the library or it's not in the focus for now?
