VS Code Extension: Ability to copy and update the connection string from the Quantum Workspaces view #1474
Description
User should be able to right-click on a workspace in the Quantum Workspaces view and copy the connection string to the clipboard (use the connecting string already used to connect, or fetch it from Azure via AzureAD auth).
