Turns out the predicate registers if involved in the codegen gets trashed leading to the wrong result.

@kunalspathak are you planning on addressing this in 10?

Fixing this would likely alter the debugging logic for non-SVE scenarios, which wouldn't be ideal at this point in .NET 10. Moving this to .NET 11.
