Support verkle data rollback in pathdb

In the path database, the persistent state can be reverted by applying the reverse state diff and generating the corresponding trie node diff. 

Currently, all operations are performed on top of the Merkle Tree and verkle tree is not supported yet.
The state hasher abstraction needs to be introduced in the path database package.
