Update on eslint v9 please

Is there any update on progress toward eslint v9 support please? It appears things have stalled out for ~6 months.

If there is anything you need help with or a list of blockers you are aware of then I may be able to help with these.

There's no update and nothing that can be done to help, unfortunately. If there were updates, they'd be posted on #2961.
