Docs: Investigate Meeting Recordings Not Being Uploaded

Investigate why weekly community meetings are being recorded but have not been uploaded to the documented playlist (WG Serving) for over a month.

The recordings are not showing up in the wg-leads Zoom account. Did you record to the cloud or to your laptop?

I believe the meeting recordings are being auto-triggered. @kfswain do you recall how the meetings are being recorded?

It should be to the cloud... I haven't exerted any control over the recording location. Is there Zoom config we can manage somewhere?

Looks like the very last meeting showed up in the cloud (but not the other ones in previous weeks). I will upload this one soon.

I think the previous ones were not recorded in the cloud. We never changed any settings.

It's not automatically triggered. When meeting starts, make sure click record -> record to the cloud.
