karpenter upgrade from 1.0.5 to 1.2 and eks kubernetes version from 1.31 to 1.32

Description

Hi team, I would like to upgrade Karpenter from version 1.0.5 to 1.2.x, and also upgrade the EKS Kubernetes version from 1.31 to 1.32. Could you please confirm if Karpenter version 1.2.1 is compatible with both EKS versions 1.32 and 1.33?
