[Question] Licensing guidelines for plugins

We wish to release a plugin for Krew that will use the BSL license. I'm aware in the documentation that it's suggested that we release using an open source license however, we are restricted to using BSL at the moment. Would this cause an issue with releasing a plugin via the krew-index repo or will we need to create a private plugin index for it?
