[BUG] Migration Assistant error 401

Current Behavior

solution for challenge 7 (modernize to app service) is not working / migration assistant throws error 401.

app service is being created but no code is migrated.

Expected Behavior

solutions doc should work without errors.

Steps To Reproduce

when running though the solution steps where azure app service migration assistant is being used, the tool will result in 401 error at code migration step.

Anything else?

instructions overall do not seem to match previous challenge results (server names, website look in screenshots, etc).

tool github issue indicates that 401 used to be caused by basic auth being used, but comment in this issue indicates that basic auth should no longer be used by the tool at this point.

symptoms seem to match though.
