Steps to reproduce
I changed the Theme for Windows Desktop under Settings -> Personalization -> Themes. While Windows was making the change, the "PowerToys Run ran into an issue" window popped up asking me to report it. If not for the error message, I would not have known anything had happened.

✔️ Expected Behavior
No error or crash report should occur when changing Themes. No obvious interaction between Desktop Themes and PowerToys Run.
