Workspace Launch from PowerToys Run

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Enhance PowerToys Run with a workspace launch feature. This will be very helpful to lauch workspace apps.

Scenario when this would be used?

1. Currently, I have to launch "Workspace Editor" first and then to launch the required workspace I have to click launch.
2. I can use the Desktop shortcut created for the workspace but it is not searchable in PowerToys Run.

In both the above cases, I have to go through 1-2 steps and requires mouse use.
