Steps to reproduce

I just spent over an hour trying to diagnose what was caausing this dialog to be triggered on alt-space in the middle of my gaming..

It went away when I killed powertoys, but it wasn't command palette (which i initially thought it was).. and it took FOREVER to figure out that it was PowerToys Run.

1. PowerToys Run should NOT be on by default (no program grabbing alt-space, two keys easily hit accidentally together, should be on by default, it's madness)
2. PowerToys RUN (and Command Palette) need a SETTINGS LINK on the dialog so that when users get this dialog they did not want, they can TURN IT OFF without spending HOURS figuring out what it is

I install powertoys for FancyZones, I never use any of the other stuff.

✔️ Expected Behavior

DO NOT STEAL MY ALT-SPACE without ASKING ME
A crazy unknown dialog should have a SETTINGS BUTTON so i can turn it off without hunting down how

❌ Actual Behavior

STOLE MY ALT-SPACE and made me spend HOURS figuring out what it was and how to turn it off
