Option to Disable Power Toys Mouse Utility on Windows Apps #40073

Description

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The Power Toys Mouse Utility requires an option to disable the functionality of the terminal at hand when other terminals are being controlled by Windows Apps.

Scenario when this would be used?

When the Power Toys Mouse Utility is used in a web conference such as a Teams meeting on the remote side using Windows Apps, the search function is not shared on screen sharing with the shared party and cannot be communicated in a web conference such as a Teams meeting because it operates on the terminal at hand. It is not possible.
The trouble is that ordinary users cannot identify the name of the executable file of the Windows Apps app, so they cannot add it to the target to disable the function.
