Steps to reproduce

1. Hibernate laptop, without dock
2. Wakeup laptop, with dock

✔️ Expected Behavior

no crash, as most of the times

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys problem window is opened.

This happens the first time.

Have been using PowerToys on this system since 0.77.0.0, updating regularly.
