Steps to reproduce

I can't start the PowerToys program. This is a new installation on an old Windows 10 machine. I can see PowerToys in the system tray and PowerToys.Runner in my Task manager, but there's no actual window that pops up. From my system tray I can't access the Settings or the Quick Access, but I was able to Report Bug. I am running as administrator.

PowerToys window shows

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys window does not show

Facing this issue as well. Unable to launch powertoys on Windows 11 with a non-admin domain account.

Not sure what happened, it's working after a couple days. Maybe a Windows update
