✔️ Expected Behavior

Nothing - I was not using PowerToys (the app seems to kick the OS from the behind).

❌ Actual Behavior

The computer monitor repeatedly seems to switch off for a second only to turn on again in low resolution setting following which the video starts to flicker rendering the computer un-usable. The Laptop returns to normal after rebooting.
