Look like we should pass evolving_n to class RAGEvoAgent(EvoAgent[RAGEvaluator]): to set max_loop?

Hi, max_loop was configured using coder_max_loop

As you can see, max_loop is defined by coder_max_loop in CoSTEER, and if you look at the usage of RAGEvoAgent, it is used within the function of the CoSTEER class.
