CBL-Mariner vulnerability on binutils

[qingquanzhao]

Hi, we recently switched to use mariner based VM images, and found these below vuln alerts are persisting for some time.

These issues seem to be reported early 2023. e.g. https://cve.report/qid/905424

I do see PR's against this package upgrade, but not on these problems. Has anyone else faced this as well, and how did you resolve them?
