Azure Linux arm64 as WSL distribution for Windows 11 arm64

Please add Azure Linux as a distribution for WSL on ARM64 (Microsoft Surface Pro 11 and later with a Qualcomm CPU)

Be able to run arm64 Linux in WSL, Azure Linux being a very good candidate

Azure Linux is a Microsoft product the same as WSL and Windows 11 arm64
