Add ca-certificates.crt in addition to ca-bundle.crt to help users migrating from ubuntu to mariner.

According to the official aks documentation i understand how we can follow the symlink to azure linux ssl certs directory. Howver in addition to different path , different file name is used in azure linux which makes it very difficult for users migrating of ubuntu to azurelinux in case of AKS enbvironment where cluster cna remain in a state with mix of ubuntu and azurelinux nodes.

In order to simplify the migration please add the old file as well
