Upgrade Cisco libsrtp to latest or at least 2.4.2-2

Is it possible to upgrade the Cisco SRTP - libsrtp to the latest version or at least the same version used by Ubuntu 22.04 LTS ?

libsrtp2-1/jammy,now 2.4.2-2 amd64 [installed,automatic]
Secure RTP (SRTP) and UST Reference Implementations - shared library

I have to 'move' my services in azuredev and I will need to move from Ubuntu to Mariner. And if I do that then version dependency are older .... mariner has 2.3.0-3.cm2
