"No accounts requested yet..." disabled menu item?

On a new install I see this entry at the bottom of the accounts menu:

On my main instance I don't see a menu item at the bottom, so why do we need/want a disabled item there?

I met the same problems. How can I solve them? It seems that I clicked a button named 'Devices ....'.

We should just remove this menu item
