Reproduction Steps:

1. Open Visual studio code
2. Open command palette
3. Open accessibility insights for windows and check color contrast ratio of "Remote" text.
4. Observe that keyboard focus on any quick pick.

Actual behavior:

Color contrast ratio of keyboard focus is 1.277:1 which is less than 3:1

Expected behavior:

Color contrast ratio of keyboard focus should be greater than or equal to 3:1

User Impact:

Low vision users will not be able to understand where the keyboard focus is present if color contrast ratio will be less than 3:1
