Theme search should be fuzzy

As an example, Nüshu theme is not listed in the filtered list if you type in nu. The default high contrast theme (Contraste élévé sombre) is also not listed if you type eleve.

Reproduction:

1. Install Nüshu or any theme with diacritic marks.
2. Type ⌘⇧P to open the command palette.
3. Pick Preferences: Color Theme.
4. Type nu or the theme name without the accent.
5. Expect the theme to show in the search result, but it doesn’t.
