copilot 0.28.0 is really terrible. Give me back the previous features!

I think version 0.28.0 is a very disappointing update. The chat can no longer automatically capture selected text as context, and it also fails to display line numbers. I have no idea what the entire product team was thinking or why such changes were made. I hope these issues can be fixed as soon as possible.

Additionally:

The codebase feature is now hidden in a secondary menu, instead of being directly accessible with the "/" command as before!

Local code review is very inconvenient to use. As soon as some custom prompts are set, it becomes unusable!

I hope Copilot will stop making unnecessary UI changes and instead focus on fixing these major issues that affect the user experience. Most importantly, please do not arbitrarily change users’ usage habits!

I'm also interested in how to restore the "selected text" context that it used to automatically have in chat.

Also the notebook cell selection as context for copilot chat no longer works as it used to.

Selected items can no longer be automatically added to the context, which is terrible.
