Agent mode Set Breakpoint tool [feature request] #249941

The Visual C++ org was interested in a new agent mode tool that sets breakpoint in code based on natural language to get the correct location and condition for the breakpoint. We have prototyped this tool ourselves but would like for this to be supported at the platform level. The models currently do a good job at identifying where breakpoints should be placed based on natural language prompts, but there is no tool to actually insert the breakpoint in code.
