Placing multiple cursors with middle mouse button regression in 1.102

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open any file with multiple lines of text
2. Drag cursor holding middle mouse button.
3. In 1.102 - dragging selects text. In 1.101 - placing multiple cursors

Currently reverting to 1.101 as a workaround.
