Using `${activeRepositoryName}` inside the `window: title` while inside a worktree displays the current worktree branch

1. Change the worktree: title to ${activeRepositoryName}
2. Open a repository in vscode
3. Create a new worktree and open it

I think activeRepositoryName was added from SCM component.
