Set focus in terminal when switching (terminal) tabs

I keep two terminals open at all times, one running my local server in watch mode and a second one to be available for any command line commands I may want to run. When I click on a tab, I often start typing with the expectation that focus is in the terminal window, but am surprised to find the focus is somewhere else (probably the tab-switcher button itself).

This is very frustrating and trips me up almost every time. The most akin situation would be if Slack/Teams didn't automatically put focus in the "message" field when switching between channels, or if a browser didn't put focus on the webpage when switching between tabs.

I'm afk atm but there's a setting for this. Something like terminal.tabs focus and you'll find it
