While autosave is enabled, Copilot can't make multiple edits to files

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.101.0
• OS Version: Win11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable AutoSave
2. Ask copilot agent to make complex changes to multiple files. As the changes are made, VS Code will save changes with autosave and Copilot will get confused about changes on disk

Could you take a recording/screenshot of what you see in this case? I think most of our team runs with autosave on and haven't seen particular issues. Thanks!
