Description of the new feature/enhancement

Can we have a website like npmjs or pypi for winget too? If there is one already, then please let me know. If not, I can build us one and then together we can enhance it, through our great open source community.

this one is nice and beautiful.
We should bring this to Microsoft, and have some official support.
winget.io will be a nice domain; we can also have a landing page there.

I believe haveing this site will increase user-friendliness.

What is your thought on this, dear community?
