Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to have a one-liner in winget to allow me to:

Install a latex distribution - and make sure it works
Install make - and make sure it works

And have my system ready to compile arcane latex packages.

How can I do that with winget?

Proposed technical implementation details

sudo apt-get install texlive-full

Will get me everything I want, and also make sure that things are not duplicated in my system, and that my machine will not get broken or incompatible tools installed side by side.

TeXLive can't be added to the repository because it is packaged as a .zip (microsoft/winget-cli#140). There are other *TeX distros that are if you can get by with one of them.

Make is available, winget install -s winget GnuWin32.Make.

Looking at this, the silent installer for TeXLive is a batch script, which currently isn't supported. The other installer, which is the exe, only supports interactive mode
