More frequent releases and/or snapshot releases

Could we get more frequent releases, and possibly a snapshot release?

One issue that is constantly biting me is the (now fixed in main) kafka topic name handling.

A guide on how to do a one-off multi architecture image build would also work, as I can then build whatever version I want and just push it to my own repo. Something simple like make docker-buildx IMAGE_PREFIX=my.docker.example.com/whatever IMAGE_TAG=snapshop would be wonderful.

SIG notes:

• We want to drive use to the new OTel eBPF instrumentation project
  • Maybe nightly builds need to be moved to that project.
• We should make it clear how to build our image here for users

Wonderful! Is this new project ready for prime time? I don't see any releases there yet...
