I created a babel-plugin to add side effects to import statements. I created it for my own library, but maybe it can help your users, too, in order to automatically add the styles for components. Here is the github. I would be interested in your opinion about it in general and if you think it would make sense to mention it in the docs.

Here you mentioned that a webpack plugin for automatically including the styles is in development currently. Is there something to share already? I would be interested in that solution, also.
