Description
general issue (applies to HPwDuW, too):
How to provide the more accessible video?
example Easy Checks video has:
- full AblePlayer wrapper with accessibility controls easy to find
- "This video is also available on a W3C server: Video: Easy Checks Overview (file format: MP4, file size: 29MB)." for users who cannot get the YouTube video (e.g., in China and some corporate limitations)
- Text Transcript with Description of Visuals
Perhaps add that to the bottom of the page under an expand-collapse?
(related issues: w3c/wai-people-use-web#322 )
specific to Easy Checks update:
location: https://www.w3.org/WAI/test-evaluate/easy-checks/
current wording: > This video is available with more accessibility features: Video: Easy Checks Overview.
That goes to the old page which will be replaced by this new page.
Will need to provide that in the new version.
