Link to the focus area section on the interop dashboard

It would be very handy for me if the interop dashboard pages supported linking to the focus area section.

As an example, https://wpt.fyi/interop-2025?feature=interop-2025-backdrop-filter#focus-area-section should not only load the interop 2025 dashboard and select the interop-2025-backdrop-filter focus area in the graph drop-down, but also scroll down to reveal the graph.

My use case is: I'm mapping interop focus areas to web-features IDs, so that consumers of the web-features data (such as the web-features-explorer website) can link individual features to the relevant interop dashboard, and show the graph, pre-selected with the right focus area.
