What happened?

Webview2 has a blank screen when restored from minimized state in some user's machines. Then when we click some where else outside the window the page paints itself and shows the page correctly.

We have the following code for minimising webview:

            window.WindowState = WindowState.Minimized;

We have the following code for restoring:

            window.WindowState = WindowState.Normal;

Screenshot of blank screen:

When the window is minimised and restored on some client machines running Windows 10 Enterprise we can see this happening. Though consistent in these machines, they are not reproduceable in all machines.

Update: Introducing a loading when it restores seems to fix this, but there's some issue in webview2 that causes the blank screen in the first place.

I am able to reproduce this issue on Windows 11 24H2 and C++, it's not specific to Windows 10 or WPF.
