GitHub Documentation does not Align with the default namespace conventions used in GitHub repo docs

In the GitHub Documentation the namespace is arc-systems. Note it is plural. In the Helm chart for the GHA Runner Controller, linked above, it is referenced as arc-system singular.

In some cases these documents also refer to another namespace convention, actions-runner-controller.
