This just started not too long ago.
When starting the checkout it gives me this error:
Command failed: rd /s /q "C:\actions-runner\_work\s2\s2\10a0a29d-b4a2-4ccd-a9ce-c5046dd9e784" The directory is not empty.

I changed the self-hosted windows service user to use the admin account and still getting this error.

This wasn't an issue until about a day ago.
