Render members on marketing site from data

More of a Hugo issue, but programming related so will leave here. Probably we want to export current members as a CSV or similar, import it into the membership site repo, and generate the page from that. Alternatively we could query the membership site and build the page with JS but I'm not sure how much I like that.

Something fancy could be proxying through that page to the backend from Netlify and rendering it in this app.

This is mostly done, it needs automated updates, or perhaps driving it from a URL request when building the site.
