Closing Project Search prompts for unsaved edits if results found in release notes

Summary

If Project Search finds results in the Zed Release Notes, closing Project Search will trigger the "This buffer contains unsaved edits. Do you want to save it?" prompt.

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the "auto update: view release notes locally" command
2. Use Project Search to find something that exists in the Release Notes tab
3. Close the Project Search tab

Expected Behavior: Project Search tab closes
Actual Behavior: "This buffer contains unsaved edits. Do you want to save it?" prompt

Yep, I can reproduce.

1. Release notes should not show up in search results.
2. They certainly shouldn't trigger a save prompt.
