Noto Sans font for UI looks absurdly thin

Description

Setting your UI font to Noto Sans will make your UI text looks absurdly thin. Other fonts does not have this issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set your font to Noto Sans CJK JP:

2. Look at sidebar

Expected Behavior: Font looks normal
Actual Behavior: Font looks absurdly thin
