AI: v0.190.6 breaks Copilot once again

Summary

Copilot models do not show up on the list and requires logout and then re-sign-in. Deleting the relevant configs won't help. I downgraded to the version before this one and it worked.

Reproduced (inconsistent).

1. Log into copilot
2. Add openrouter key
3. Models disappear

Models reappear after reboot.

I saw a similar problem and after some time debugging it, I narrowed it down to my copilot URLs being empty in my settings.json file:

when it should look like this:

      "api_url": "https://api.githubcopilot.com/chat/completions",

      "models_url": "https://api.githubcopilot.com/models"
    }
  },
  ...

I'm not sure how they became unset, I certainly didn't do it intentionally. But since I fixed it in my settings Copilot has been working as it should.
