Idea:
Introduce page-level tabs to improve the organization of related sub-topics.
Desired outcome
I’d like to enhance the contextual grouping and proximity of related sub-topics within a page. Currently, while the newly released Sections feature is helpful, the existing hierarchy doesn’t fully address the need for seamless navigation between closely related content. Adding this feature would significantly improve the discoverability and usability of structured content within GitBook.
Reference Examples:
Many docs implement page-level tabs for structuring related topics effectively:

Impact of Not Having This Feature
Without page-level tabs, we are forced to separate closely related sub-topics into individual pages, making the information feel fragmented and scattered. While the Sections feature allows for deeper sidebar hierarchies, it doesn’t provide the same level of contextual organization that page-level tabs could offer.
