I was wondering if apisix supports both " streaming HTTP " and " SSE " for streaming data between client and server? We are looking to use a gateway that would be able to route MCP requests to the appropriate MCP servers. This will allow use to take advantage of other components within a gateway (rate limiting, authentication/authorization. mTls, etc..) without having to implement at each MCP server. If this can already be achieved , is there any documentation on this? I saw the document/blog on mcp_bridge but i dont think that is what i am looking for
