Use PSFramework for configuration

Using $script: scoping for variables can be troublesome. I suggest using PSFramework for configuration control following the practice in dbatools and dbachecks. Linked to #84

I'm happy to take it as I have already introduced the objects' structure for FabricSession, AzureSession and adopted FabricConfig.
