Reasons for Wattcost use:

• Used as disableScroll was removed from cordova-plugin-ionic-keyboard
• Renamed namespace from cordova.plugins.Keyboard to cordova.plugins.KeyboardUtils to prevent detection by Ionic-v1, which was breaking iOS Keychain autofill
