Docs home and nav refresh v1 - single product UX

This is the home page refresh and top navigation add to the docs site.

1. Add a top navigation: products, SDKs, etc
2. Refresh home page with new banner, pull most used SDKs to top, add search bar
3. Bring product/feature visibility to the top
4. Make the side navigation dedicated to only the top nav selection
