Adobe Commerce 2.4.6-p10 support RabbitMQ 4.1 , 3.13

but When deploy. ece-tools show this warning message

Magento 2.4.6.0-patch10 does not support version "4.1" for service "rabbitmq". Service version should satisfy "~3.12.0 || ~3.13.0" constraint.

As Magento 2.4.6-p10 support rabbitMQ 4.1. I think this validate need to update.
